Every single person in Dr. Clark's office was extremely competent and professional. I was whisked back to the examining room in a flash, and Dr Clark arrived shortly after. Dr. Clark was really pleasant and thoughtful in his responses to my inquiries. This was my first visit, and I plan to come back.
I was very impressed by how quickly I was seen today in your Springhouse office. I called my own doctor who scheduled me for the end of the week. Dr Clark saw me today and found a retinal detachment in my eye and I am on my way to Wills Eye Hospital at Dr Clark's suggestion. He was obviously very busy, but spent a lot of time with me and my wife explaining the findings and arranging follow up today at Wills Eye. Great, caring physician.
Dr. Clark has gone above and beyond all expectation, and given me results that were better than anticipated. He made sure all my needs were met. He is a very conpationate and caring doctor. Thank you Dr. Clark, best eye surgeon ever.
Considerate, patient, and, most importantly, a zero ego human being. Acts as if you are a genuine person and perceives you as such. I asked a lot of questions in order to gain a complete picture of my eyehealth. I truly felt cared about. I have never had an eye doctor spend so so much time with me.... I ask a lot of questions. Ist doctor in any field to actually stop and listen to me.
The facility was very clean and Covid distancing compliant. Greeted by friendly, professional, and courteous staff with pleasant smiles and conversation. The turnaround time from when I entered, examined, analyzed by the fine Doctor Clark was extremely pleasant experience. So happy to have found this practice and Doctor Clark.
Dr Clark and the staff at this office were astonishing. My brother who is special needs needed cataracts removed from his eyes. This staff and doctor did an amazing brilliant job not only in the procedure itself but in the care support and kindness they gave my brother during his procedures. Dr Clark is very skilled at dealing with those with special needs, most impressive physician we have dealt with.
Dr. Clark is a very companionate Dr. He listens to what your problems are. Great manners , always on time. Over all the best physician ever.
I was a last minute emergency appointment on Friday at Sprinhouse. The Covid measures and the efficiency of the staff was very impressive. The exam by Dr Clark was remarkabley in depth and very detailed. Never experienced such an extensive eye exam or focus by a physician. I had very little down time through the entire process.
Everyone in Dr. Clark’s office was very professional. I was taken back to the examining room very quickly and the doctor came in promptly. Dr. Clark was very kind and answered my questions carefully. This was my first visit and I will return.
