I just had the pleasure of visiting Dr Clarke and their office staff. Very little wait time for this level of expertise. From front desk experience (welcoming and friendly) to thorough examination, to intent listening to my vision complaints, ending with a nice exit process, it was a 5 star experience. Highly recommended.
I was seen today in the Blue Bell office of Dr Francis Clark. I had eye pain for over a week after gardening. Although I was an emergency and the doc was busy, I was seen rather quickly. Doc Clark removes a foreign body from my eye and I felt immediately relief. 3 hours later I am no longer in pain. This is a great doctor. I will be recommending him to all.
The Covid safety steps are just impeccable. The exam by Dr Clark was very extensive and technologically very advanced. I have never ever had such an in-depth exam as his. There was minimal waiting around...very smooth process. I have been to many doctor's offices in last year, this practice sets the standard for handling patients through Covid crisis.
Dr Clark was the 3rd eye doctor I went to for my vision problem. He was the only one to actually listen to me and felt I was having warning signs of a stroke. He sent me to the hospital and I indeed had a stroke. Besides being great clinician he is a really kind doctor and person. Recommend him highly.
I found Mr Francis Clark to be very professional and also very personable. He took me through the options around Lens Replacement in a very thorough and knowledgeable way in order for me to be able to make an informed decision. Cannot recommend Dr Clark highly enough. I have had a range of eye surgery carried out over the past couple of years... laser surgery, Lasik, Eyelid surgery. The results have been amazing. The work was carried out in a very professional manner, and the results have always turned out as promised. I think the most amazing was the the lens replacement for cataracts. DR Fran Clark is the absolute best. Saved my eye, vision, and my sanity from a horrible assault in 2013. I could be blind and scarred for life right now but he's a living guardian angel and miracle worker... so lucky to have found him. He's an incredibly smart yet humble surgeon. Dr Clark is a very careful astute listener. His comments relative to my concerns were excellent, point on, and correct. I learned more in 1 visit with him than 15 yrs with my previous ophthalmologist, who I still think is good: 1- Found a mole in my eye; been there for years...totally missed my several ophthalmologists in my past. 2- Dr Clark discovered glaucoma, I have visual loss... not new. 3-presribed new medicine for my dry eyes...no pain after10 yrs of pain.
I was truly impressed. This was my first medical eye exam in several years and at this office. Everyone at the practice was warm and welcoming! During my exam, all steps were explained in detail and Dr. Clark listened to my concerns and helped me understand my vision issues. I appreciated that he was genuinely interested and thorough during my exam and recommended conservative treatment first. I would HIGHLY recommend this office and specifically this doctor.
