For a quality and precise exam I felt the entire experience was very streamlined... this is a model of efficiency. I felt all the staff was professional and kind. Their Covid safety measure was impeccable. This is an incredible practice. Dr Clark was very engaed.
Dr. Clark is great. He is very nice, through and kind. He answers questions and explains everything. He doesn't rush. He was recommended to me by my previous doctor who was no longer in my plan due to insurance changes. I feel very confident that he is accurate in diagnosing and treating me. his level of technology is off the chart.
Dr Clark is an excellent surgeon and a caring physician. His staff is also highly competent and patient focused. I have never had a practice spend so much time and dedication in examining my eyes. The outcome of my surgery was a miracle-- no more glasses, and I can read at age of 81.
The eye exam I had yesterday with Doc Clark was the best eye exam I have ever had. The entire process to be examined was very coordinated and Doc Clark explanation of all details of me eyes was well appreciated. He is an awesome guy and Doc.
Dr Francis Clark has implemented great procedures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 at their facilities, as I have been to 3 of them in the last several months. The care is top notch.
Really wonderful experience as a first time patient at this clinic. It was very easy to book an appointment , all of the staff were incredibly friendly and personable, and Dr. Clark was wonderful. I was in and out efficiently but I did not feel rushed out the door. I'm definitely looking forward to developing a long term relationship with this practice.

I had a concern over the weekend when the office was closed. I called and left a message. Dr. Clark called me back in record time, listened to my concern, and walked me through what he thought I should do. He was amazingly patient and kind. But the kindest part of my experience was that he called me the next day to see how I was doing and asked me to call if I needed any further assistance. That personal touch meant everything to me. I appreciated that personal gesture.
I have always been impressed with Dr Francis J. Clark. Its always a smooth transition from the time you walk in and walk out. I have seen other doctors when Dr Clark is not available and I like them all. They really work together as a team in providing you with your needs as well as treatment. The nursing staff is awesome; always very friendly. Its as if they hand pick their staff as a team and giving high regard to personality and passion to do the job. I love it when they know me by my name and not my chart.
