That's how outstanding Dr. Clark is. He never ceases to amaze me with how much he recalls about my family and me. His interactions with his patients remind me of when I was a kid and had a pediatrician who came to my house. It's refreshing and, in my experience, fairly uncommon. He is receptive to all of my worries and queries. In addition, he is personable and kind. I strongly recommend.

When it comes to my eyes, I am a very nervous patient because I lost one as a child due to an injury. I'm a nervous freak when it comes to eye appointments, so I went to see Dr. Francis Clark last week and felt like I'd died and gone to Heaven since he was so nice and kind. I had a lot of questions, and for the first time in my life, I saw a Dr. who was willing to speak to me as a human being and answer all of them. Dr. Clarke and his colleagues have provided us with excellent treatment. A superb surgeon and diagnostician. My cataract operation went well, and I didn't feel like I was on a production line. From pre-op through post-op, I felt like I was getting one-on-one attention.
I am so appreciative of Dr Clark today. My elderly mother was having serious loss of vision and tried to get into her long term optomologist who turfed her off to Will Eye Hospital down town, refused to see her, We called around and only Dr Clark would see her today. He spent over 2 hours with her in spite of being very busy and felt she had as stroke. He completely took control of the situation and coordinated her transfer to Abington Hospital. I just left. All of their offices provide wonderful service and make me feel at ease the moment I step in the door. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating to my demands. I've been a patient of Dr. Clark's for 30 years and would continue to recommend his services to anyone seeking care for their eyes.
My vision in the first eye has greatly improved after the cataract was removed, and I can't wait to have the second eye done. As my friends and relatives had assured me, there was no discomfort since Dr Clark is the greatest. He is the finest of all doctors I have ever seen
I wish I went back in time and had Dr Clark do my first cataract surgery as my experience with Dr Clark was far superior with this second eye. He fixed my eye prescription and glaucoma all at the same time. My first surgeon didn’t even offer this. Very happy to have found Dr Clark. Besides he is very thorough and extremely dedicated to a perfect personal patient experience.
Doc Clark has been taking care of me for a couple of years now. He is a kind, thorough, compassionate, caring, knowledgeable, intelligent, trustworthy physician. After looking for many years, I have found the eye doctor I plan to stay with for the long term. As a side note, the Doc has an amazing command of philosophy I have never seen before as this is my lifetime passion and 50 years of study. Our short discussions are just a joy as his deep understanding is pretty impressive.
