Dr. Frances Clark has the best bedside manner of any doctor that I've ever known, and I pray that the hectic pressures of him being such a skilled surgeon will not change him. Dr. Clark is a great surgeon and human being.
Dr C. treats you as a very important, VIP. He values your time. He always ensures that you understand and never acts like your concerns are trivial. I have never experienced anything like his focused attention to you as an individual. He and his team treat you as a valued person.
I called and got booked in for a same-day appointment with the wonderful Dr Clark. Despite a misunderstanding regarding the appointment time, he saw me as soon as possible and was immensely helpful, thorough, and understanding of my situation. I couldn't recommend a better eye doctor to visit in an emergency. The Covid 19 safeguards & protections are sincerely appreciated as a patient.
Dr. francis Clarke is the best. He is caring and sensitive and adds a light hearted atmosphere with his sense of humor. Over last year he has completed 2 cataract surgeries on me. He was great to make sure I knew what was going to happen and what to expect. Having been a Type 1 Diabetic for over 50 years, I have been to a lot of doctors and Dr Clarke is hands down the very best.
Dr. Clark is an exceptionally thorough, knowledgeable, patient, and empathetic physician. He takes time to answer questions in a manner that is both detailed and easy to understand. He respects patient autonomy while giving decisive professional advice. I cannot recommend him more highly.
Even with the Covid-19 procedures in place this place runs like an well oiled machine, every one was courteous, friendly and professional. Dr Francis Clark spent more time with me than any previous eye doctor by a multiple of 10. I actually felt like I was the only patient in the office, even though they were very busty.
Dr. Clark was so helpful. He is a compassionate person who cares for his patients. He is easy to talk to about your eye problems. He definitely cares about what is the best treatment for each individual. The entire process was very professional and compassionate.
I had one visit with Dr. Clark, and I felt comfortable as soon as I met him. He is very easy to talk to and I would recommend him very highly. I left another local ophthalmologist because their Covid safety standards were awful. This practice takes patient safety very serious. I have never felt more safe and well cared for.
Dr Clark is fantastic. Truly a professional at his craft and a very down to earth and personable gentleman that shows he cares for his patients. The surgery experience was efficient and communication was top notch. I highly recommend Dr Clark if you need an eye procedure.
