I had such a lovely experience with Izzy today! She is absolutely amazing at what she does. From the moment I sat down, she was so friendly and welcoming, which made the whole appointment really comfortable. Izzy listened carefully to exactly what I wanted and talked me through the whole process step by step, which I really appreciated. went for a cut and blow dry, had a lovely relaxing time, staff are lovely and apprentices were treated lovely by the rest of the staff there.

To all of you who have already reviewed and said you had “Lovely Megan”, just know this is how she was treated. They treat their apprentices absolutely awful, this poor young lady was in absolute tears and being screamed at for no reason - and they weren’t paying her correctly for months either!!! Never come here, overpriced, toxic environment and gossiping like teenagers about everyone in the salon.
