Can’t praise the lovely Jennifer at foxy keepsakes enough for the fantastic service and quality of her work, I wanted an urgent horse hair bracelet made for a birthday gift, it was made and returned in less than a week despite her going away herself she didn’t fail to deliver!

Very poor quality clasps that are impossible to fasten by yourself. So disappointing given the prices charged for these items. I took the bracelet to a jewelers in town for a second opinion and they were appalled at the size of the toggle clasp and the quality of it, they couldn't work out how anyone would be able to wear the bracelet as it is impossible to do up. And terrible quality as well. Do not waste your money.
