Bought several cars here and referred several people. Had some miscommunication, but was corrected timely, and to my satisfaction. Best prices around.
Very fast service, nice staff
RecommendedI had a problem with service that was addressed in a timely manner and resolved to my utmost satisfaction. I have always had great service on the KIA Soul I bought new from them in 2012. The little hiccup I experienced recently was as much my misunderstanding as it was any fault of the dealership or service department. The General Manager and Service Managers took quick action to resolve my issue, and I thank them for their work at earning back my loyalty.
Bought a 2010 g37x sedan way back when from there. They said car was 100% perfect. Drove it for a week check engine light came on. No biggie right? Just needed maf sensors. Still under warranty within 3 months. Dealer I bought from says “we’ll get em right away!” No word for 2 months. Call back and he says “oh the parts take a long time” 4 months go by and he says there’s nothing they can do about it anymore. Car’s been taken care of since then under MY expense. The sales team is only out to get your money. After signing for our new Kia they never explained anything about the features. They were in a big hurry to get us out of the show room because it was near closing time. We stopped in a few days later to see if someone could go through the features with us but was told no body had time. I will never go to any Fox dealership again
