Keegan sold us a new 2018 Kia Sorrento. He met us in the freezing cold winter weather and was not rushed or pushy. He was patient with us as we sifted through options and his number one goal was to get us in the right vehicle for our needs. We bought our Kia here last year and I called on Friday for an oil change. Stephanie in service couldnt even find our profile in their computer system. I gave her my info many times and my husbands, still couldnt find it. I give her my vin and she still couldnt find it. worst customer service ever!!!! hung up and called summit. they had no problem finding my profile with my #. Didnt have to give my vin #. Fox has lost our business over something so small but how can I trust u with our vehicle? let that sink in!
