I'm about to have my car serviced for the 6th time (SIXTH TIME!), for the same problem. That is, if I can ever get someone on the phone from the service department. This is just for this problem, and not to mention all the other problems I have had with my car. Maybe it wouldn't be so bad, if the service department didn't let me down time after time.

We bought a used Saturn Vue from Fox. The entire process was great. We came from 2 hours away. Everything was set up over the phone before we got there and everyone was great to deal with. Steve did a great job in sales. I would do it again.
Was visiting from out of town, had an issue with mu Hyundai, Fox got me back on the road in under 2 hrs. Very professional and kind.

Had my oil changed yesterday. They never check the air filters or informed me if I needed air filters, I see they did mark on the checklist that I had a tail light out not only did they not inform me of the taillight being out but they didn't bother to fix it the two dollar part it takes two screws you plug it in and turn it. Other than having to go get the light it took approximately 14 seconds to change it. Of course then Kia would've charged me $24 for that. Was not told that the am shuttle driver had multiple people to drive after being told it would not be an issue to get me to work by 745 am. Was late for work. Driver drove 10 mph below the speed limit. Confirmed twice a pick up for 4pm and driver did not arrive until 4:25. A simple phone call in both instances letting me know or giving me the option to make other arrangements would have been the professional thing to do.

Today I drove home my 2016 Kia Soul. We went into the dealership on Saturday. Kia was our second and final stop. Our salesman, Coach, was the absolute best!
