The people there are nice, but not willing to negotiate whatsoever. When showing them quotes from another dealer they laughed and refused to negotiate, even when their offer was close to MSRP. We ended up going to Muskegon and got a deal almost 4,000 less. If you are willing to pay full price for your vehicle, you will get amazing service. I will never go to any Fox Dealer again!!!! Laugh at that!!!!!!

Had a great experience as a first time Kia buyer. Mike Griswold was very easy to work with, no high pressure sales tactics. He listened to what I needed and made it happen. I've never had such a smooth experience buying a car. And the rest of the staff I dealt with were just as friendly and easy going also.

Salesman, Mike Griswold. Mike greeted us as we approached the building and immediately made us feel comfortable and welcome. Not your stereo-type used-car-salesman. THEY FIRED ANY ONE THAT WAS OVER 60 ..THEY DON'T NEED PEOPLE TO BUY CARS FROM THEM .... THEY ONLEY WANT UR MONEY THEY LIE AND OVERCHARGE ALL THE TIME TRUST ME I KNOW .. I suddenly needed a more reliable vehicle and having had good experiences with Fox before, decided to try again. I was put in touch with Stephen Roberts and he was so great! He not only put up with my calls and texts and many emails about cars I'd found, but he never made me feel like he was in a hurry or he had somewhere else to be.
