Had a consultation on 23 May with Jack and was advised I would be messaged prices. Waited two weeks and then emailed but recieved no response. Called a week later and was advised that they would pass the message on and I would get a call back. Never recieved a call back or any information to date. I have now found another salon who have better customer service.

The team at fox house were incredible. I went to them for my wedding prep (nails, eyelash dye, trials for hair and makeup). All the staff were really friendly. Big thanks especially to Emily and Debbie for doing the bridal party hair and makeup on the day of my wedding. They did a fantastic job and were fun to have around too

Hannah R is literally the best hairdresser in the world- and I’ve had my hair done in more countries than I can count. She intuits everything I say with accuracy and then suggests what’ll make my ideas even better. She works quickly and gently. She is an outstanding professional and I’m so grateful to have her as my hairdresser. Fox house retreat is a very comfortable and stylish salon and everyone that works there is warm and friendly. 5 stars is not enough.
