Great service, clean premise, friendly people. Ray got my scheduled right away, explained what was needed, arranged for a loner car and had things done right when he estimated completion. All around excellent!

Great service Professionalism of staff by coordinating my service. I traveled 45 minutes to this dealer and was greeted immediately upon arrival.
RDX Basic Service I like the chart/form with the oil change that shows the condition of most of the systems of the car - tires, brakes, suspension, etc. That's very helpful in knowing what to expect and plan for in the future.
Efficient and professionally done service. Service Coordinator Ray Mayo knew what service items were appropriate and had the paperwork all ready when I got there. He estimated 2 hours or less and that proved correct. Did not do a hard sell on unneeded service.
