Expensive pricing. Friendly Staff The staff. They are very helpful and pleasant. However, the services are pricey. A simple oil change and tire rotation = $$$$

Great service from personnel Ray did a good job of coordinating the service, providing a loaner vehicle and giving me a heads up as to when I could return for my vehicle. This was great as I was traveling back to Traverse City ahead of deteriorating weather.
