Fox Acura We really appreciated the dealership acknowledgement that we were long-time, loyal customers. We also appreciated the total hands-on involvement of the Sales Manager. Dan was out talking to us and helping review options right beside our salesperson, Sabrina. It was a great experience. We have been to too many dealerships that play the "game" where the salesperson has to run back and forth between customer and invisible back office manager and think it is a poor business practice.
