Another Great Service Experience 1) Alex did a great job explaining the work and even managed to catch a few maintenance items I missed. 2) The men who cleaned the car went the extra mile to ensure the vehicle looked fantastic. 3) The Women at the check-out/payment desk were funny and pleasurable. 4) EVERYONE's attitude was upbeat and very client-focused - Loved It!
Great People and Great Service My TLX was in for repair due to an accident. Ray Mayo made sure everything was fixed and repaired as if it were his own car. He kept me informed of the progress and worked thru everything with the insurance company. I feel that he went above and beyond to get my car back to me as good as new.
