I am so disappointed and discourage about the order process of this store. I have always purchase from many places and my buys come in a timely manner. We called and purchased a rooftop tent from this store because they carry the tent i wanted. At the time of purchase they advised me that the tent was available in jacksonville and was going to be delivered same week. I have made every effort to shop at local stores during covid. I ordered an ARB compressor hose on 4wheelparts.com in order for me to pick up at my local store here in El Cajon. 7 days later I call them to see where my part is, according to the store, my part is missing and they will hunt it down. So while running errands, I stop by the store on Bradley. I see the exact part that I ordered on their shelf. I take the box to the counter. Wish I could leave 0 stars. It's been a month that they took my money and haven't sent me my items. No response to emails and hours on hold on the phone with no one picking up. The website states they are not affected because of COVID.

I would give them negative stars if I could and I *wish* I would have checked the BBB listing for this company before ordering anything. In short, read James D's narrative below. My only saving grace was that I paid by AMEX and they didn't fool around. Once I had about 5 phone calls and 3 unanswered emails, including one to cancel all orders with them, AMEX refunded my card a day later. The order I placed was on 4WD.com and this is the owner. So I placed an order the week before mothers day for about $1700. My card was charged that moment I clicked submit. Got an email a few days later that said that the parts would have to come from the manufacture and that they will update me in 2-3. Never happened. After speaking with other suppliers I found out that the lift kit I ordered was on backorder for more than a month so I cancelled my order, so I thought... After seeing Free next day pick up if ordered before 3 pm I jumped on ordering my new soft top to replace my broken hardtop. After confirming the order over the phone @ 1:58 pm on 4/24/2020, I find out Saturday morning that the top was never ordered, but my credit card charge had went through. Tuesday 4/28 rolls around, and I am told that they cancelled the order on accident and I would have to wait a week to get my merchandise! THATS FALSE YOU ADVERTISE FREE NEXT BUSINESS DAY PICKUP! These guys send parts that you didn't order and that don't fit your vehicle just because that's what they had in stock. Return process is a pita with no end in sight. Do yourself a favor and keep away.

Horrible experience. Delayed shipping with no end in sight. No one returns calls or emails. I spent nearly $1k and no one is getting back to me and their online order tracking has been showing Processing for weeks now. The last thing I heard from them was the shipping was going to be received on June 31st.... Well guess what, there aren't 31 days in June, so I'll guess I'll never receive it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
