Ordered a CSF radiator for a ***** 350z product is wider and thicker than OEM. Radiator was never mounted, or installed. ****** refused to refund my order even though i have the radiator still in its plastic and original box. Terrible money grabbing company that doesnt stand behind a single thing they do. Shop elsewhere. #DownWithThrotl
I ordered 2 Rywire harness adapters about a month ago. Not only do I not have the parts to complete a project after a month of waiting, but my order cancellation hasn't moved either. I understand these things happen in the parts industry but: they claim fast shipping times. It's the whole reason I went to their website to begin with. I was worried sick after reading the reviews that we were scammed or would receive our product. But happily customer service was good and product came exactly as desired and quickly. Very happy.
This company engages in bait and switch pricing practices to entice potential customers into purchasing an annual membership to receive discounted pricing. Once a membership is purchased by the unsuspecting consumer, their pricing goes up at least 20% or more on the part/s you were interested in purchasing, and by that time it's too late to cancel your membership. Wish I could give them worse than one star. These people At throtl are outright liars and crooks. To make a long story short they totally intended on ripping me off. Contacted them through email dozens of times and filled out multiple order cancellation forms. They outright WOULD NOT send my item nor issue me a refund. Thank goodness I used PayPal and filed a dispute with PayPal who promptly figured out these guys a SoCal trash scammers and decided in my favor in a week. Throtl is the most crooked company I have dealt with in over 35 years of business! I have been an automobile buyer for over 35 years. I recondition the cars that I buy before shipping them to their dealers. Last month I accidentally purchased some wheel flares from Throtl! After clicking on their product I realized that they were only selling 2 of the 4 flares that I needed.. A little bummed to read the reviews below. I can only hope that with my recent experience, ****** is trying to change their ways. I purchased a Diverter Valve through them back at beginning of the year. Valve was a high-priced piece from a supposedly "reputable" long-time turbo accessory manufacturer.I finally got the thing installed a few weeks ago, as I start my tune, only to find that it leaks and won't let the turbo build boost. Sent me wrong part to start with. Now it's back and forth email this area for a return and then do this. Filled out return form, says could take up to 7 days for a answer to my return/refund request, even though they sent me the wrong part. I also reordered the part they didn't ship and now all sudden they are taking forever to ship it out which I paid for rush shipping on. Definitely headache company.
