Absolute joke wheel pro and real truck. Purchased set of rims and tires for new F150. Was sent E rated tires for a 1/2 ton pickup that were out of balance. Had my shop tried to balance and was told need eccentric rings and if i bring it back with them on they can not work on it.( company policy) Called real truck and was told i should not need them but will send them out anyway. I originally ordered an exhaust in September that said preorder available. I reached out and asked how long it would be before it was shipped and they said not until mid October, they offered to get me one with burnt tips for $80 more that they had in stock and it came 4 days later. All the parts are genuine and packed nicely. I was hesitant since the reviews arent very good but its definitely not a scam just know that if it says preorder/backorder you might have to wait a little bit for them item.
If I could give them 0 stars I would. I ordered a part not listed for backorder and guess what it was backorder after I ordered it. Trying to cancel was a nightmare. I tried to shoot them an email as I had already recieved the exact same part from a different site and didn't need this "backorder" part any longer. Instead their chatbot replies trying to get me to cancel through their order modification system. Then some guy named **** replies and I reply to him asking to help me with my cancelation. No reply. The reviews happened to me. I ordered a part it came in an alright state but the website had it labeled to fit my car. It did not fit. I was then denied a refund because the product was damaged. All pictures and attempts to get this sorted and they barely respond until you take measures with your payment company to sort this out. They then claim my parts are aftermarket and it's my fault it doesn't fit. If. Could give zero stars I would have given it to them. Horrible business practice for leading me to believe that an Item was in stock instead having it ordered from the manufacturer. Multiple emails to have my money back . Never again will I be so naive to buy from your company. You should not be in business of selling products that you do not have. Liars and clearly unethical behavior regarding sales.
I ordered a Fluidampr pulley for my ej257 engine back in June of this year and eventually am told that the shipping date would be extended another 6 to 8 weeks a month later. This, is fine. Since august 1st, I have been watching the pulley in transit through the shop app, and has been stuck at a shipping center in *************** until today august 17th 2023. Terrible company. I ordered truck boxes waited two weeks and they werent able to give me any information on when they would ship. I started a refund and was informed I would be charged 5% of the purchase for a preordered item. It was in the fine print but very sneaky and scam. I hope this company gets whats they deserve and get sued into bankruptcy. Definitely buyer beware.

Terrible company. ***** lost the part mailed to me. ******* claims they filed a lost package with ***** but I have not received my $550 part for a month and a half. Terrible customer service. Do not order from them

They sent me a wrong part for my car and would not send me back the new part or submit me a refund. Company is fraud......they will also not answer their phone as it will always give you a recording saying they are too busy and you can leave a message. No help on their chat also because it uses AI to answer your concerns and nobody from the actual company will respond.
