Wasted my time!! I was in need of bushings for my vehicle and called a bushing manufacture, Energy Suspension. Probably okay if nothing unexpected happens with your order... that's when they become horrible. pros: has a physical store front cons: extremely poor communication my first email was the day after I picked up the drawer 10/22/21 (several emails and call attempts in between) their first reply 1/8/22 never let me know when my order was ready for pickup broken drawer loaded by 4wp employees in to my 4Runner not willing to work with the customer Placed a site to store order on 10/7/21. I ordered a set of BF Goodrich KO2 tires from 4 Wheel Parts. Instead of receiving the tires that was ordered, I received a set of Fox Racing shocks instead. The tires were ordered through Walmart.com. I contacted 4 Wheel Parts customer service department and they were of no help at all. They told me that since it was ordered through Walmart.com that I will need to contact Walmart and have them help resolve the issue. Ordered tires and i not them i had to email them asking why it was taking 3 months to get them. When i would email them questions they would only answer 1 out of 3 in each email. So 4 out of 15 were answer. Then they canceled my order. I call to see if it was canceled and that they need to update the status on the website. Then email them 2 days later saying they needed to update the status on the website and they just emailed back saying that it was canceled.

Don't buy from this store!!! I bought a Roof box last month and has not receive the product, i tried to cancel and they are giving me a run around. The product is not coming in til October. They told me i was notified that the product was arriving late but they never did that nit an email nor a phone call! I advise to stay away from this store!

ordered ranch hand bumpers through them had to wait 6 months to receive scratched up items .asked for a replacement but LORANA CRUZ in their call center has dropped the ball several times on my return,i have yet to receive any conformation that they are doing anything at all to right the situation .i even called one of the stores and the guy told me he could not find anything in the system regarding a return or a reorder for me . worst customer service i have ever had to deal with ,you literally have to wait on the phone for... read more

Terrible customer service ordered parts on April 11th it's now May 3rd haven't heard a word from them and can't get them to send any emails. I also mailed back a refund and haven't seen reimbursement for the part I shipped back that they've had for over a week. Wouldn't recommend buying from them terrible company to work with will definitely shop elsewhere next time.

I placed an order in store and only received half of my order. I've called customer support and was told they wouldn't help me because I ordered it in store. I then called the store and had an employee give me attitude when I called a second time today he said he would call me back this morning to give me an update. He told me that they might ship my order today or tomorrow. I asked if there was any way to get it here faster since I need to fix my car asap. I won't be coming back here again. I had good luck with them in the past, but their flagrant flaunting of COVID-19 precautions was inexcusable. At one point, I was the only person amongst 7 other individuals in the room wearing a mask properly. A few of them were not wearing masks entirely. One customer stood in the corner the entire time I was there without a mask on.
