I just want my refund and Im not getting any straight answers on why I havent gotten one yet. The items have been delivered to the return address for almost a month with no feedback. I get that Ill lose out on 35% of my money even though I was recommended these items by a support member at Throtl upon inquiring on their fitment (Of course they didnt actually fit, hard ****** learned), but I need the money to get the right parts and for whatever reason, it isnt being paid out. Worst website ever sold me a oil cooler for my 370z which was complete trash leaked oil every time. I tried to return this item because it was defective. They basically told me to take it with the manufacturer of the part. Dont buy from them save your time and money

Garbage a** website, first they overprice their items and second I put in a cancellation request for my order literally 2 minutes after ordering the item which was around 1:30am est. So they had plenty of time to cancel the order and refund my money but no, theyre so desperate for money they said oh its already shipped. Ridiculous theyre that money hungry, probably because they get s*** for sales. 0 stars and wouldnt recommend this website to anyone. Best to go ahead and get them off the market.

Worst f****** customer service and delivery time Ive ever experienced. Asked for a refund 3 to 2 months prior of the delivery date. I was met with a 10% charging fee on my $300 part because it was a special order. Special order my f****** a** I waited for the part instead which it had said would deliver 2 months ago. Still cant get my refund still havent received my part. f*** buying stuff on the internet you guys ruined my life impression. S**** throtl and everyone working there. Go to h***

All the 1 star reviews for this company is all true. I currently have a dispute with paypal and BBB against them for a full refund. Their customer service and their warehouse people do not communicate. I asked for the *** right after a purchase because it showed special order then it showed in stock but I still got an eta of an additional 2 weeks or longer. Back in Apr. 2022 I order an Weapons R coolant tank for my 04 350z. Come to find out this part doesn't fit if you have an aftermarket radiator (this is not stated anywhere on the site). After going back forth with the *********************** Team My return was approval. This process took a month and a half and over 20 emails to get this far. I ordered spyder headlights for my Tacoma and the lenses on the housing started melting slightly after 4 days. I told throtl and they said to send them back within 30 days. I had already sold my old headlights and asked could they send replacements and they told me no Id have to buy more from them and they later refund me. I did not like that offer so I bought from a different company and explained they would not be there in 30 days. Wasted my time!! I was in need of bushings for my vehicle and called a bushing manufacture, Energy Suspension.
