We booked hotel basis the brand name of Four Points by Sheraton but experience is very poor & hence, it is avoidable to stay in this hotel as : Rooms are quite small. Even the depth of room almirah is about 8/9 inches only Housekeeping is bad as rooms were not cleaned properly Bed side lamp was not repaired despite repeated requests over three days of stay Some staff were quite rude & not ready to listen even In room number 102 - mirror in toilet is not behind wash basin but on right hand side of wall Location is also about ... read more
Very very small room
the hotel location is far from city center not as advertised and most frustrating is there is no internet connection for a laptop to do any work and the staff was not helpful except to say sorry and the hotel was aware of this Un connectivity and we booked four rooms for 2 nites as a fmly. Do not stay in this property as this is Not Sheraton standard yet I was a Bonvoy member. I have been trvlg for past 49 Years and this is the worst property I had stayed.
