I would give 0 stars if I could. I had my crawlspace encapsulated by FSM in April of 2021. The job that was done was terrible. Seams were popped open after 1 day. An entire wall was left uninsulated, and the work looked like it was done by a bored high school student trying to get it done as quickly as possible. There was trash left all over the crawl space and when the salesman tells you "our crews will hang up any loose wiring and support any duct work that need it" just know that this a a lie. IÂ’ve been having problems with unlevel floors, especially in the bathroom and hallway, along with cracks in my walls and ceilings. I was given an estimate by Adam Neptune. I felt pressured because he said if I chose them right now IÂ’d get a $2000 discount. First it was $24,000 then reduced to $22,000. He was trying to sell me encapsulation which I really couldnÂ’t afford. IÂ’m on disability and when he ran my credit history he lied about my income so I could get credit. Ohio Basement Authority was a pleasure to work with from the first meeting to completion of the job. Keenan help me understand the system and the process that it would take to complete our basement water proofing and help with some bowing walls. Atilio, Brayan, Jose, and Nidman were a great crew. We moved into our house at the beginning of this year and had a couple of quotes for foundation repair. I would like to thank foundation recovery for the great looking encapsulation of my crawl space. In just the 2 days since it was done I already can smell a difference, no musty odor. The guys did a great job installing the perimeter drain, total encapsulation with weeping tile and a sump pump and a dehumidifier. Looks good.
