We used Ohio Basement Authority for repairs needed in our basement. Travis Burkart, Field Inspector, met with us and told us what was needed and what to expect with the repair process. Everything Travis told us would happen, did happen! Mitch ******** came to do my annual check up. He called to let me know he was on the way and his expected time of arrival. He did a thorough inspection of the basement and made sure water was flowing freely to the street. He explained everything thoroughly and gave me some options to further protect the foundation. I highly recommend Ohio Basement Authority and in particular Mitch *********

Thus far I am extremely pleased with this company, Preston **** was excellent on figuring out the problem. Super clear on what the problems/solutions would be and I feel he went above and beyond with everything even came back a second day to work around my schedule.

Very prompt to inspect my foundation issues and recommend their solution at a reasonable price. Scheduled work a week and a half out. Very courteous sales representative. Cameron & Javon arrived on time. Also very courteous. They worked together well as a team. Cameron was obviously more experienced and was the leader. I have also had a terrible experience with ********* ************** Their system failed, and no service response for 2 weeks. I have a situation that needs immediate attention so i feel i most find another contractor. I no longer feel comfortable with ********* ,if they can't fix it the first time should i be comfortable they will fix the second time i dont know, filing complaint for others future reference.

Paid almost 7K, and now a huge crack by our bedroom French doors. Both inside and outside. You can see the crack where the door jam was raised( by them), and it goes for several feet to the corner of the house. 3 weeks ago was told that they would make it right. No response at all. That just ain't right!!!!!

I contracted with Complete Basement Systems based on their rating with the BBB and thought they were an upstanding and honorable company. I had hurt my back and could not go up and down the stairs without a stair lift (which was dismantled) so I was pretty much relying on the installers to keep me informed of the work. The employees that did the gutter and sump pump installation shorted me 10 feet of gutter. I was talking to the foreman that replaced the drywall and painting when I became aware of the situation.
