Our initial inspection seemed to go great, and Cory was even able to move our install date up when there was an opening for our area. When we actually had the work done, there were 2 guys from over an hour away to work on the basement, who immediately learned they needed a plumber to do the job properly. Cory handled that promptly, which was great, and the guys got to work. It took 2.5 days to complete the work, and the day they finished it was pouring rain. Our service tech Steven did a great job with our inspection. He explained our situation in detail and answered all of our questions. We were very happy with the service and glad to hear everything was doing well. Great job,,,,
Jesus Martinez, Zack Bricker and Iran Bustillos performed very efficiently, were polite and well mannered. I have to believe that they sprayed the bio materials in all areas of the crawlspace because I was not able to view those areas personally. I am also in need of breakdown lists of the work that was performed by price. Overall, things went very well and would recommend this crew to anyone in need, especially, Mr. Martinez.
Colorado Springs' Complete Basement Systems was wonderful! The outstanding foreman, Josh ********* was professional and very skillful, doing a top notch job with excellent customer service! Roy ******** provided great supervision, with a home pre-inspection before the job and then stopped by during the job! The entire crew was well trained, hard working, and pleasant! Unfortunately, FSM completely flooded our basement and our neighbors basement and garage after placing the drywell in the incorrect location. They only called back after my husband left a negative review because one of the employees who did our job said that is the only way they will respond. Due to their incompetence I had to stay up for a 24 hour period while 6 months pregnant along with my husband to keep our basement from being flooded until we could get an emergency plumber out. Mitchell Spurlock is amazing. Called and showed up right on time. Spent next to no time looking at my pump and was able to solve the issue. Definitely will ask for him if I need service in the future.
