Ohio Basement Authority performed my annual sump pump inspection. Steven was the service rep, and he was on time, inspected the sump pump, tested the battery backups, the foundation, and also the french/perimeter drain. He explained all the procedures he did, and also his final evaluation. I would definitely recommend Ohio Basement Authority to others.

Well we obviously were not expecting to have to deal with this situation but being that we did and we called Mount Valley I couldn't be more pleased. First we met Jack J******* he was sent out to investigate and find the problem and give us an estimate. It wasn't a cheap problem to fix but Jack was wonderful in breaking the news to us and giving us our options. Colson, Elijiah and Hayden did a great job. Any questions or concerns I had during the installation were answered and or taken care of acceptable. Now need to see some rain to understand how the system actually works to get the full effect of the job completed being as we have never had one before!
