I had two tasks for BakerÂ’s: Wall Anchors and “I” beam with Smart Jacks. Wall Anchors to stop my basement wall from moving into the foundation and the “I” beam to reinforce my kitchen floor. The team of installers were excellent! Thanks team Baker: Jeremy, **** C. and Mike!

Had wall anchors and basement gutter system installed. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and professional. Travis explained the process and answered all my questions. the first stage of the job was completed by workers Kyle, Caden and Tyler. The second stage was completed by Atilio, Brayon, Jose, Widman and Erick. The job was done on time and the clean up was excellent

I used Ohio Basement Authority to replace the support beam in the garage. Caleb W. came out to quote the job and another potential project. He was very thorough in his explantations and recommendations. The installation team (Caleb T., Dustin S., and Hunter B.) was extremely professional and did a fantastic job completing the project. I was continuously impressed throughout the process and I would highly recommend Ohio Basement Authority.

Thanks to Jacob M, Anthony, Bill, and Tony for a pragmatic and professional job! Baker's process is always transparent, detail-oriented, and by the book. We are repeat customers -- when we bought our new house, we knew we could count on Baker's to waterproof the basement. Jacob and the rest of the crew finished the job on time and under budget, without cutting corners, despite the snow and unexpectedly complex basement walls.

Dominic came out to do an inspection on our basement and he was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He was very helpful answering all of our questions and was very good about giving us his honest recommendations.

Worst company to deal with ever. Called them for a quote in Jan. 2021 to level out my floors and the original salesman Brian **** came out and was very professional and easy to work with. He quoted me ***** to do the job. We did not get the job done then due to lack of funds. We had are currently trying to sell our house so we called them back out to get a updated quote to get the job done this past month. Got a track system installed to waterproof our basement. Communication was good, cost competitive and some items we thought would need done were not an issue which reduced the costs. Josiah C, Mike D and Noah H were very good about taking my questions and being proactive reaching out when they had questions or needed decisions by me.
