Brandon,Kenny, and Tony did a great job. They came in November of 2021. We have had several severe storms and through it all no water came into my basement. It is good not to have to use the shop vac anymore, and not to have to throw things out do to water damage.

Lee, Camryn, and Skylar kept in constant contact to let me know when to expect them, how the process was going, and explained what they were doing. Extremely polite and considerate of the property.
John Hernandez was amazing to work with and he was understanding and helped us with all concerns. He set up our service appointment really quick and it was super easy even with my 2 kids screaming the whole time. Henry, Henry, and Sergio came out to do the project and they did an amazing job. They were super professional and they even cleaned up afterwards. They even came and got me to inspect their work. I would highly recommend Foundation Recovery Systems for any foundation repair.
At my estimate appointment John McFarland was very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. Atilio, Brutan, and Jose were very professional and completed my crawlspace encapsulation in only a few hours. They cleaned up everything after they were done and it didn't even look like they had been in my home. I would highly recommend the Ohio Basement Authority to anyone thinking of taking on this type of project.
