**** and ****** did a great job with crawlspace vapor barrier replacement. They arrived as scheduled and had the job completed by early afternoon. Before I start the actual review I'd like to say that I first called the Basement Doctor who came out and spent about 20 minutes telling me how they can do the job, no problem, etc. etc. etc. then when he saw the narrow entrance to my crawl space he started making excuses and giving reasons why they couldn't do the job. I then called Ohio Basement Authority. Nick and his crew were great. Kyle, Derek, and Caden were top notch. Great communication, excellent work and friendly people. I would highly recommend Ohio Basement Authority.
To start we were promised a price match with the company we were going to go with and bc Basement Authority was going to use more wall anchors at the same price and the ability to finance 0 percent for the first year we decide to go for it. On contract day, it was revealed that the price match promised was not going to happen (this was a complete surprise) though bc of an ordinance by the city to get the work done we felt we had to move forward. Everything went great. Saviores and Chad B. came in and had the job done quicker than I expected. Afterwards, verified issue was resolved and made sure I understood what was done. Would definitely recommend.
Atilio, Brayan, and Jose did an absolute fantastic job of installing a sump pump and waterproofing our basement. They also installed a French drain outside and connected it to the drainage from the sump pump. Atilio explained everything during the three long days of really hard work and showed so much care in the quality of their work. The job was messy but they cleaned everything before leaving. The sales rep, is a pro, very knowledgeable. Presented 3 options for repair and explained in detail each process. When the work crew arrived, they reviewed the plan, explained the process, and got to work. When the job was completed your Forman had me inspect their work for final approval.
