Justin & Austin were extremely respectful & knowledgeable when they came to repair my sidewalk. If I ever need them again, I will definitely ask for them. They preformed excellent work.
I have never worked with a more unprofessional company than Foundation Recovery systems! I had one gentleman come to my home and said well yeah we can do this. It’ll be easy. Never heard anything else. I called the company again to find out what was going on? They said the gentleman didn’t work there anymore so they sent someone else out. That gentleman said we can do it. I am so disappointed in this company. We had $23k worth of repairs done back in October. I will give credit in our foundation work has been fixed, but wow after that it's all downhill from there. There is water seeping through our basement where the concrete was redone where the piers are. We had to have 2 reschedules due to weather. Understandable. The original date they came out (12/27), the crew made a huge mess and didn't clean it up, made significant errors with the sump pump install, busted a pipe and "fixed it" (see later issues), left water turned off, hot water turned off, window open, concrete powder on ****controllers and personal chairs, etc. The QC guy came that Friday (12/30) and made some fixes and identified other errors that would need to be sorted with another day and confirmed pipe had been fixed. Never showed up, after looking at the reviews I guess it is common practice for them not to show up!
Judd ****** was my tech. He came out, was extremely diligent in going over everything. He explained to me each step in his process and gave me tips to help prevent issues with water on the outside of my house. I even extended my warranty due to him being the one that would service my system if needed due to his knowledge and attitude.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE/SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICE In early 2022 i hired Ohio Basement Authority to make repairs to the basement of my home. This included water seepage remediation, new sump & pumps along with new support columns for the main beam of the house. The job total came to right at $******. The crew arrived and began work. We bought a house that had an FRS fix less than a year old. The foundation walls continued to crack. They would NOT honor the warranty as the cracks were not in the EXACT spot as the repair. (But they were under it.) Then we had a water leak in our yard because they put the anchors right on top of the water pipe!!! It rubbed it until it finally broke the pipe. If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I spoke with an agent 2 weeks ago explaining the repairs I needed. They scheduled an appointment for an inspection which required someone to be home. The appointment date and time came and went and nobody showed up. I called and they said they don't do the type of repair I needed and claimed they tried to call me two days ago to cancel. No calls, voicemails, or emails saying my appointment was canceled. I took off work to be here for this. I do not recommend this company based on... read more
