This was my one year inspection and Chaun ****** was my technician. He arrived ahead of schedule, very polite, patient in explaining what he was looking for and telling me what to look for when I periodically check the unit. He told me to contact him if I ever had any questions or concerns. My service was great and I would refer the company and Chaun to others.
Luis *** Jose *** and Jasiel ** did an excellent job with our crawlspace encapsulation. They were pleasant to have around and were extremely professional.
Daniel and Cameron were friendly and accommodating and quick to get the job done! I would have them come back anytime if I need them for any reason Great install crew!
I would like to warn everyone to not use this company, have everything in writing or better yet do not waste your time, money and not use. The salesperson offers sugar and is really goood. He states he stands by but is always out of town, does nothing but promise. When sales person informed us of our basement wall needing replaced it would only take 2 days, it ended up taken them over two weeks. In Monday July 11, 2022, Ohio basement began job digging up side of house. They informed us would be back next day to finish. Tues July 12 while pounding in piers, they dented our siding, knocked down our cable lines and cracked our foundation. Not happy with their customer service at all. We hired them to do a job that they ended up not being able to complete after they told us they could, ok fine, no problem. The two gentlemen that came to our home to do the actual work were great, very honest and upfront about the issue they were running into. However, I had to reach out to the office about a refund of my money because they didn't initiate the refund when they couldn't complete the job. not even worth a star...company had no follow up with customer...paid ******* for a job they did not do to my expectations...when I called back to tell them that I needed more work done...no response...left message...no response...when production manager returned my call his response was " ohhh...you will be ok"...no I am not ok...get over here and finish the job the way I want it done!!!!!....

From my first communication with Cooper to my last communication with Spencer, and all communications and interactions with them and with Philip and Jonathan, and seeing the professional, courteous, and inspiring work completed, I am impressed! This team is clearly knowledgeable and takes pride in their work.
The customer service is very good. Although I only received about a 2 hour notice they were coming. The "installers" were communicative and explained each step including why they couldn't do certain aspects of the job. I paid almost ***** to have 16 feet of sidewalk leveled. And to have four 3ft pillars leveled on my front porch. The main objective of leveling was accomplished. However there was a gap between what the salesperson thought could be done and what the installers thought could be done. And that gap was literally ... read more
