They were not forth coming on the word . When about half way through the job, I was asked about the other 15 that needed to be replaced. Would not recommend FRS. We went around with them for over a year when we started noticing settling issues in our basement area that they had previously installed piers in. After about 6 weeks, we finally got them to send a representative out and he recommended checking the piers and lifting the basement floor. Said it would be 3 to 4 weeks before their schedule opened up. Not sure how these people stay in business. Pure scam artists! Paid them thousands of dollars to put in floor supports and they added 3 beams and left several supports unused or not touching the floor joists. When they came back a year later to level the floor due to sagging again they only adjusted the 3 beams that they put in and said they would not do anything else. But then wanted to install a drain for water, the only problem is there is no water under my house. Stay away from this company and any of their representativ... read more
We had Indiana Foundation Service come to add a support in our crawlspace to level a sagging floor. They did the initial work on 1/24/23, very nice crew. We left the next morning and were gone a few days. When we got home I noticed two of our bedrooms were cold, no air coming thru the vents. My husband and I went in the crawlspace and noticed that our heating duct had been knocked down, not a problem, easy fix, but also that the support was in the wrong spot. CJ is very professional, goes beyond what the others have. As a military wife, I honestly highly recommend CJ for foundation work. I fully trust CJ to fix our 50,000 plus foundation left by the previous neighbor.
Horrible customer service! Called to set up an appointment to have someone check out our water pump, took off work to be there for the appointment, and they put it in their books for the wrong day. Now I’m stuck with a flooded basement and listening to the sound of an alarm going off… This is the second time we have had issues with them. Once is warrently is up we will be using another company.
SCAMMED Caleb’s inspection lasted nearly 4 hrs. His quote was over $**k. I said I’m not ready to commit, I always get quotes from 3-4 people first. He gave me the run around and somehow got me to sign, telling me we have 30 days to shop around and that they will price match. He said whatever other quotes we get will be within *** of their quote. Contracted with OBA to encapsulate the crawlspace and install a dehumidifier. Brock *. came and did the initial review and estimate. Next Caleb * and Brandon *completed the encapsulation and did the install of the dehumidifier. There was a small hiccup but it was addressed. Everyone was professional and helpful, very polite and friendly. The is the second time we have used this company and our experience has been very good.
Very Shady Business: Sells us a 2 day labor foundation repair for $********* asked several times for a Itemized bill, they say they do not hand those out??? The guys show up to do the work and it was only 2 hours of work 1/2 hour talking when they got here and a 1/2 talking after the job was done. I was so stunned!!!!! I asked over and over why am I paying on labor for 2 days? No one can give me this answer, but dam they hit my Credit Card for the full bill. I am fighting for reimbursement on this labor.
