FRS was just wonderful! Brandon Palmer, Kaleb Brucker, and Dimaja Smith weÂ’re very professional and informative. They got here on time each day they were working and got right to it. They allowed us to view the progress and explained what they were doing so that we were aware. We ended up needing an additional service and they came right away to take care of that as well. I would absolutely recommend!
This Company is wonderful to work with and I will continue to work with them in my future needs. This company did work for us encapsulating our home a few years ago, we were not pleased ! But, Brett contacted us and he came to look said that the work wasn't right and got his best team Damian, David, and Roderick on it right away. Their work is superior and they are all top professionals in encapsulation. What a great crew and field supervisor. What a great experience, they listened fixed it and cleaned everything before leaving. Would recommend this company with my highest regards.

After posting a previous two-star review for French drain work done by ***** Foundations, I am pleased to revise my opinion. The company sent an expert to review my situation and he proposed a total redesign. Weeks later a three-man crew appeared and proceeded to re-do the entire system: two catch basins, a repositioned French drain, forty some feet of new four-inch drain pipe. We have Complete Basement Systems multiple times over the last 8 years. I called them again on a property this week and Mike Gold did a very thorough evaluation. He explained the issues but didn't pressure or scare me into signing a contract. This company has always given me a fair assessment and even when it was painful allowed me to make a decision without pressure. We will continue to use them.
