Great job of encapsulation of cellar performed by Josh ******** Lewis ****** and Caleb ******* from AFS. Could not believe how nice it had become and turned into usable space, as initially intended. Really appreciate the effort made to ensure all my questions were answered as well.

Great job. Crawl space looks so clean. Ryan, Davone, and Isiah called to let me know each day when they would be at my home. Very knowledgeable. Alpha foundations misdiagnosed my problem of hollow sounding tiles in my floor. They charged me $ ******** for Slab Injection, however, later admitted that my problem was caused by loose tiles. The Slab Injection only exacerbated my problem by rendering the tiles completely loose and the floor unlevelled in some areas. Their inspection team that visited my house advised me to call a tile company to remediate the problem. A tile expert has confirmed that my problem has been the tiles over the slab all along.
