THANK YOU- THANK YOU to a wonderful company by the name of Ohio Basement Authority! Very professional in every way.....from sales department to the crew that were at my home for three full days installing french drains and a sump pump in my basement and to the electrician who brought all the outlets up to code after waiting for us to drywall.
My experience from start to finish was more than I could have asked for. From the initial meeting with Joe D. There was never any hidden charges or gimmicks, and all my options were discussed leading up to my repair date. Kyle R., Derek H., Caden C., and Slade was the crew that completed my repairs, and I couldn't ask for better people to fix my home. They went above and beyond my expectations. I would recommend this company and crew to anyone in need of basement related issues.
Had a water proofing done by Dustin and Ever, they were efficient and effective. Very happy with the results along with the excellent customer care they showed. 5 stars.

Brian provided us with some good engineering options and reinforced our choice of a less expensive one. The work crew of Trai, Malachi and Yasin explained the process well and kept us informed of their progress. They were friendly, efficient, professional and respectful of our property. We have a lot of confidence in JES and their system.

Most professional of all I met with. Timely, same day quote, and thorough. Answered all questions and provided a detailed quote with pictures. Decided to go with full replacement but would definitely choose for work of this type.

Just love how the crawlspace came out. The peace of mind was definitely worth the cost. From Chase the salesman to Daniel and Vitaly the installers to Nick the Electrician the whole process was fantastic.
