I had FSM do one wall of my basement a year ago, it went great. We decided to have the remaining 3 walls done this spring. A week prior to the work being done my family contracted Covid. I spoke 2 different times with the company informing them we had Covid, they claimed it wasn't a problem. I had to move a lot of things out of the way, but more importantly I needed to disconnect the main waterline from my pump to the well. Jaden and Randy at Complete Basement Systems did excellent work lifting/leveling our patio with polyurethane foam. Very thorough work and left the patio area looking tremendous! Highly recommend!

To start out I notified JES and a second local company. JES came out that week with a full quote, plus lots of pics from the crawl space. The quote was very reasonable for all the work they would perform. The local company didn't come out until the third week, the were professional not many pics, the inspector had to get back to me. After one week I got a call from the local company and was told that the job was not big enough and that they couldn't help me. Soo JES got my work.
