We had our crawlspace sealed as a preventative measure, not to treat any specific issue. We appreciated the thorough assessment we initially received by Dallas, who came out and assessed our project and gave us some helpful feedback. We scheduled the service and the date was moved up, which was also nice. We were quoted much more than a competitor, but felt their service and the results would be superior. Scheduled an appointment with Chris at Innovative Basement Authority to have the foundation of our apartment looked at. He came, inspected, said some kind of worrying things about our building's structure - then completely ghosted. Never answered calls, when I called the company they said someone would get back to me and they never did, sent emails with no reply. Nothing. That was 2 months ago. We recently bought a home, only to discover that the basement foundation wall leaked water. JES Foundation Repairs of Roanoke came to our rescue. The inspector JES sent out (Todd) identified the sources of the water entering our basement and gave us a water mitigation plan that we could afford. Brandon C, Dylan E, and Crishawn C did a great job with my foundation piering job. They completed the job ahead of schedule and did a great job cleaning up a muddy mess with the digs. I would recommend!
Worst company ever! Called 1/26/22 for a wall attached to garage. L arrived and proceeded to go on. I told him my budget and he then said all this other was wrong, I didn't feel it was but wanted what I asked for first. Ist crew showed, people left, this crew kept saying how customers yelled at them etc., I can see why as one proudly told me how he went into a bedroom and had no right to do so.
