The company states in almost of the adds that they fix uneven floors to there former glory if you have crawl space, which we do. We were buying a house in January that had some foundation and structural issues causing uneven floors. The house has lifetime warranty on work *** had done 2009. We had our realtors work with *** and the sellers to find out what the warranty would cover or what it would take to fix the uneven floors. Steve **** Jacob ****** Mathew ********** Did work on my house foundation. On ******* in Richmond Virginia They removed and replaced it, tore out rotted boards and restored everything! They also cleaned up behind them selves and we're very polite and kind considering that my husband didn't need the dust. They tapped off rooms to keep dust out. And did a wonderful job. They deserve a bonus and the MVP awards for doing a great job!

Had my yearly crawlspace/dehumidifier checkup on June 6. Robert ** and Billy ** came out and did a very thorough job of checking the crawlspace and servicing the dehumidifiers. They explained everything they did, took lots of pictures of the encapsulation. Both are very professional men, very courteous and engaging. I would say they are a credit to the company.

I called Foundation Recovery Systems because my sump pump quit working and I had 3 foot of water under my house in the crawlspace after 4 days of solid rain. Nathan came out as the field inspector and set me up with a plan to finally get the nightmare under my house repaired for good. He got me set up with ******** financing which only took minutes and although they thought it might be a couple weeks until they could get out, I had a crew in just about a week call and ask if I could get done earlier. I am very pleased with my crawlspace encapsulation by Tarheel Basement Systems. Dave ******** did a great job explaining the benefits including air quality and heating/cooling. Rob and David ******* were awesome. Rob showed photos of what was cleaned in my basement drainage system as part of yearly maintenance. He also helped me understand how to properly measure radon levels in my basement (airthings wave system is what I use!). Humidity in my basement has dropped from *** to **** Highly recommend this company!

JES Baltimore, MD. I worked with a chief sales rep to resolve some water leakage through our finished basement wall. This was in August of 2021. The work did not get scheduled until late Dec 2021. At that time I had contracted with a landscaping company to do some extensive work to the outside of my house and wanted to coordinate that work with the inside work.
