Overall, the workers were very professional and so far I am generally pleased with the quality of the crawl space encapsulation. I'll have a better idea once I do an inspection myself. I do wish that a little more effort had gone into the fit and insulation of the access door. Kalaggio and his crew were efficient and seemed to enjoy the work the do.

Had Sump pump system installed in October 2021. I now have water that seems to be pooling in my radon mitigation pipe. I can hear the water in the radon pile. Called and talked to customer service at Complete Basement on 4/1/2022 and was told that since IÂ’m not seeing water they wonÂ’t come out to see what the issue is without charging me for a service call. To me this is an installation issue not a maintenance issue. This was not an issue before the sump pump system was installed.

This feedback is only in regards to the consulting and the work that was recently performed - it has only been a week so settling or annual visits have not yet occurred. We used AFS for floor stabilization and crawl space encapsulation. The primary reason we called AFS was for a foundation review due to sagging floors and porch but we were unaware that there was mold in the crawl space. Everything was done on time and according to plan. Amazed as I watched how much hand digging was done. Crew answered my questions and showed me the work as it was being done.
