Take it from a convert to CrossFit… I was quite sceptical, I’m in my 40’s and shamefully have let myself get really unfit I was really nervous about going, thinking I’d be left for dust by athletes high fiving each other and laughing at me Couldn’t be further from reality at Fosse Way, I feel I’ve joined a community, everyone on their own journeys and supporting each other, me included. As someone who quickly loses motivation with traditional gym routines of lifting weights and running, I decided to try something different: Fosse Way CrossFit. From the moment I walked in on my first day, I knew I'd found the perfect place. The group classes are incredibly engaging, with a variety of exercises that keep things interesting and fun.
