Earlier this year I purchased a pair of earrings whilst on holiday in Turkey. I loved the stones but wasn’t so fussed by them as earrings. I decided I wanted to have a ring made using the stones and also a stone from another ring I already owned but no longer wore. Excellent service from this shop. I managed to find two nomination bracelets which had been sold out everywhere else. I bought them from their website as I do not live nearby. I spoke to a member of staff on the phone first to check that they were in stock and she was very friendly and helpful. A lovely comfortable shop with seating and air conditioning. Staffed by the loveliest ladies you can find which to them nothing is too much bother even coming out the shop to measure my finger for a ring way back in 2007 as I was unwell and in the car. Since we have moved North 11 years ago I still shop online and email the staff with any needs I have, the latest purchase I made was yesterday and it came to me this morning a beautiful Emerald with Diamonds pendant and I am so pleased with it as usual. Recently took a watch not working into shop. Thought it was battery which was replaced but still didnt work. Thankfully Angie very helpfully offered to investigate the fault further and successed in her mission. Very helpful lady. Would recommend this jewellers for watch repairs who go the extra mile in their role.
