Louis's team of plumbers arrived on time, fully prepared for the job at hand- a full central heating flush, and removal of a radiator. The system was clogged with black water and we had struggled over the last few winters with air blocks, and a compromised system, possibly costing us more money as we continued to put the thermostat up to compensate for the heat loss. Louis and team have been fantastic from start to finish with our extension and garage conversion. The project has run to time and on budget with Louis always updating us along the way on progress/what is happening each week. We lived in the house whilst the work was being completed, the team helped us with temporary kitchen set-up, kept the site clean and safe for us and our 3 little ones to live in. Louis kept us up to date all through the process and started bang on time, saying the job would take about 4 months. 4 months to the day later, we moved back in! The team were all great to talk to and easy to get on with. Thanks guys! Great job!

Forty42 Developments were fantastic. Louis and his team helped us with our first kitchen renovation and absolutely transformed the space. Throughout, the whole team were polite, respectful and professional and they kept the space spotless and treated it as their own. Louis kept in constant communication, dealing with all of the small changes you would expect with building work. They also ensured all the finishing touches were done to a high standard. I would recommend the whole team and am looking forward to using them again... read more
