Building management team is professional and responsive wrt repairs as well as package inquires. Buildings are new and minimal issues throughout out the tenancy up until this moment. Very smooth process, will recommend to others.
Being from South London I had a lot of apprehension on moving to Canning Town- all of which has been elevated by the wonderful staff and residents services team. A special shout out to Angela and Paul who have been great helping me resolve issues, get settled and welcomed me with kindness and grace. On many occasions they have gone out of their way to help and ensure any issues raised was resolved, helped my guest with parking and concierge services when I have been away. I’ve had such an amazing experience with the team here at Fortune’s Dock. Everyone is very kind and helpful - Jamie and Jennifer have personally solved so many of my problems in an instant. Louis and Loong have been helpful as well. Im so glad I chose to live here because it does feel like Im being heard and made comfortable in my own home!
Fortunes Abound…. Absolutely amazing stay at Fortunes Dock. Upon leaving my car wouldn’t start as it turns out I’d let the battery run flat by leaving the lights on over my stay..! Doh! I was rather anxious as I was staying with my brother who was away and didn’t know anyone that maybe able to help me jump start the car. I asked at the front desk reception and I was so fortunate to be introduced to the magnificent, spectacular and amazing Angela who very kindly agreed to volunteer her Smart car to help me jump start my batte... read more
