A Complete Failure of Security The fact that individuals can freely access the building, enter the security room, and take packages without consequence is beyond unacceptable. This is a fundamental failure of security, rendering it meaningless. Residents deserve protection, not a false sense of safety. IMMEDIATE action is necessary.
No security, Ridiculous excuses, Rent is ridiculously high. Thieves walk in off the street to steal packages from the parcel room multiple times a week for several months now. Safety is a huge concern. We lost our key and requested a replacement, it took 5 months to replace the fob and apartment key and nearly a year later we still have no access to our letter box. Asking for updates on this matter weekly has been met with lies and complete disregard 24 hour concierge is a lie!
Honestly avoid. The rent is expensive and you’re getting a flat made out of plastic. The wall are so thin and everything feels cheap, which also means sound travels very well! There are parties on a weekly basis now, and the entire building SHAKES (bed vibrating) and there is absolutely nothing you can do about it as your fob only gives you access to your own floor. WARNING: AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! I’ve lived in many places, but this has by far been the worst experience ever. I can’t believe the glowing reviews are still here – things have gone completely downhill, and I want to warn anyone considering moving in to stay far away.
