When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. A couple of times they've stayed open a few minutes past their closing time to help me, but most of the time they'll close at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not.

I couldn't believe how patient they were with first-time mothers. It didn't matter how basic the first-time mother's question was, they were always happy to spend time explaining everything to them. When I told them that I wanted to get a second opinion, they didn't get upset at all. Their reaction gave me even more confidence that they had my child's best interest at heart. Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Was this provider's office too cold? Not at all, it was the perfect temperature Does the pediatrician over-treat your child for simple ailments? Not at all! They give my child exactly what he/she needs Did this pediatrician's waiting room have separate areas for "sick" and "well" children? Yes, in fact they had two separate rooms!
