Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me

The doctors are responsive to my needs during and outside of office hours. I was a patient during my childhood and now bring my children to this practice.

Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen! Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor

I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They were kind of kid friendly, but for a pediatrician I expected more and I wasn't very impressed. I appreciated that during the appointment they made a point to address both me and my child. I was glad that they made an effort to include both of us.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I can see now why they specialized as a pediatrician because they were so kid friendly. They put in the extra effort to make my child feel special and important. I know that I can always trust them to have my child's best interest in mind. They've always put my child's needs first. The front desk staff is so nice and I've never waited on hold for more than 2 minutes.

Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community?
