Don't trust this company and it's cowboy builders. In one year from moving in I had: - tiles from the roof moved after a storm, the roofer that fixed the roof described the design of the roof as "shocking" -Tiles from first floor bathroom are getting lose -X3 glasses from windows replaced due to build up of condensation in the double glazing -Window frame secured and fixed as very lose due to poor construction (again that was the comment from the trader ) -Short basin drain fixed as cut too short - cherry on top recent leak ... read more
Absolutely zero customer service whatsoever! And this is an understatement. My kitchen has fallen apart, my garden has flooded, my floor has come up and nobody at Forth homes has any decency to call you back after phoning their office for 6 weeks straight. They just want your money and then blank you. Our neighbours have also had the same experiences! Avoid like the plague 100%!!

Moved into new house on the 28th June, great service from Tom and Peter, guided us all the way and nothing too much trouble-brilliant service!!!
