So I schedule an appointment to get refills of medications I've been on for years and prescribed by 3 different doctors in two states. I get to my appointment and I have socks older than the guy that walked in. He said I don't prescribe 3 of your medications. I will divulge Ambien , cymbalta and Amprazolam. This place is the single worst hospital/emergency room I have ever been to. My elderly father was forced to wait for over 4 hours, after being specifically instructed to go to the ER by his doctor. The staff is desk staff are absolutely despicable, their lack of empathy, and “not my fault attitude” is disgusting. If you can take your loved ones anywhere but here, because it has been proven time and again that this place does not care

Really needs ZERO as an option. Brought my husband in for severe case of Covid. No sense of urgency whatsoever. A mother came screaming in with a baby who’d been exposed to some type of chemical. The child was red and skin started blistering. She had to walk back up to the desk begging for help. Nurses were sitting in triage office just talking away. This place deserves ZERO stars!! They violated my rights by giving information to persons without permission and told me taht a blood pressure of 145/95 was normal... i wouldnt use this hospital again if i was a half inch to death id drive to parkwest hospital.
