We recently walked in to Veterans Ford to look for a used vehicle. We were approached by Paulie Ferraro. We told him what are needs were and he listened and offered several options. It was really nice to have a salesman that wasn’t pushy but was very personable with their customer. After test driving and running some numbers for our vehicle, Paulie was able to get us in a 2014 Ford Escape. Stan was also great in the finance Dept. As a Chevy man, I must say my experience was excellent from the moment the wife and I showed up to the moment we left Veterans Ford in our 2019 Chevy Traverse!!!
Entire experience was pleasant. Parts man, Tom, was very helpful, made sure that I ordered the right part and called me when it came in the next morning. The lady that answered the service phone and the lady that checked the car in were also very helpful and pleasant. Finally the lady that called when the Flex was ready and the cashier were all pleasant. The work was done at a low cost and completed correctly. Seems like a happy dealership!
I was looking for best deal in Tampa Bay, and after many dealerships, denials, misleads, and weeks of looking, I finally walked in Veterans Ford. Sales person Paul Ferraro was outstanding. He listened what we want, and within minutes got us into vehicle. Whole team was so synchronized and willing to help, and they got us into brand new F150.
