I drove past at least 5 Ford dealerships to purchase my 2016 Edge. It is a used vehicle, but in excellent condition. From start to finish they honored everything they promised. From sales to finance, I was treated as if I were their only customer. You can't go wrong with Veteran's Ford.
I have to apologize to Veterans Ford for the negative review I gave them on a maintenance cost they quoted me. I was quoted a much lower price to replace the rear engine seal from a private company. This private company didn’t include replacing the oil pan seal which added a lot more labor cost. However, Veterans Ford included it in there price to replace the oil pan seal making there repair cost higher. There price in the end was more inline with other companies in the Tampa area. I will not recommend this dealer to anyone! They have very poor business practices and are very misleading. We just traded in two vehicles with them for an Edge and realized we have been totally screwed with this deal! We were not provided a complete disclosure of the appraisals and were just mislead along the way! What an awful customer service! I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. They have taken total advantage of us and I truly hope the General Manager steps in and fixes this! I am completely livid!
I was looking for a new F150 and found the one I wanted at Veteran Ford. I received an email almost immediately from Robert Coker offering his services to assist me in finding the truck I wanted. He surpassed my expectations and was a superb salesman. He went above and beyond to get me in the truck I wanted and had be in and out of the dealership in an hour! Very impressed with Robert and will deal with him again!!
No hassles! Answered all my questions. Great place to buy. Cheaper than any other Ford dealership’s in the Tampa area.
