We broke down overnight in our F250 while heading North on vacation towing a boat and hauling a 4 Wheeler. We stayed that night in the parking lot right in front of the service department. We where greeted first thing that morning by the Service Writer Travis and he along with the great staff got our problem diagnosed and repaired and had up back on the road by noon! They saved our Memorial Day Holiday for us!!
Excellent customer service. Made closing the deal quick and easy. Thank you to Walter, Roberto and the Finance Guy stayed late instead of going home to his two daughters!!!! Thank you all for an amazing experience.

Amazing customer service...they actually care about there customers and do everything they can to help them, without trying to sell a bunch of stuff you don’t need. Very friendly people. This is the only Ford dealership I go too

Worst service experience abandoned customer in less than 3 weeks of purchase. I bought a SUB in March 2019 the temporary plate expired and I was still waiting for the actual plate, the vehicle presented mechanical issues. Couldn’t get ahold of anybody to help; the vendor was Rudy 786-281-3922. Service department Cara Marquis and the management team Lorenzo Pena, Adam Pettis, and Desiree Petrillo do not reply to emails, message and phone calls. Very poor professionalism.
Horrible customer service in the service department. It’s a true after you buy a car we don’t care type place. Better off doing your own services or going to any other place.
