I requested to test drive a car and was given attitude about whether I wanted to "buy a car or test drive a car"... it was like I was bothering him to drive a car to find a out if I liked it.
Lied to me about 8.5% being the lowest interest rate Ford can give on a commercial vehicle I had a 780 credit score and am paying 480 a month for a 19,500 vehicle.Its my fault because I was in a rush and should have done more research on the deal.Stay away they will rip you off.
The most painless car buying experience I’ve ever had. Charles in Sales and David in Finance made the experience quick, easy, and painless. The dealership even took longer than expected to detail the car so they put a free tank of gas in before we left. I will definitely be referring anyone looking for their next car to Veterans Ford.
My Dad and I stopped by there because of an online ad we saw for a used 2011 Chevy Silverado. We were met by Roberto at the door, and he bent over backwards to make our experience exceptional! From sales to finance, the people at Veterans Ford were pleasant and easy to talk to.
